Wendy Tucker

Wendy Tucker is a Lowcountry native who has been in the apartment industry for 20+ years.  During her career Wendy has worked for some of the industry’s most highly regarded management companies, such as Summit Properties and Trammell Crow Residential.  In 2005, Wendy joined Greystar when the company first emerged in the Charleston market and now oversees a portfolio in the Charleston, Myrtle Beach and Florence markets as a Senior Regional Manager.  Wendy holds an Associate Degree in Business.  She has also earned the NALP and CAM designations through the National Apartment Association, and recently completed the NAA’s prestigious Leadership Lyceum program.  Wendy is a dedicated industry professional who has served the Charleston Apartment Association in numerous capacities on the Board of Directors.  She also currently serves on the NAA Education Institute’s Curriculum Development & Program Administration Joint Committee, and was recently awarded a scholarship from Greystar to attend Leadership Charleston through the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce.  For three consecutive years, Wendy has been recognized by her peers and other members of the CAA as Regional Manager of the Year.  In 2012, she was also named Greystar’s Regional Manager of the Year for the Carolinas.  Wendy is also an active member of the community who regularly participates with the Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce and volunteers at Crisis Ministries. 

Lisa Pelloni

Vice President

Lisa Pelloni began her career in property management in 1991 as a leasing consultant with Quarterdeck Apartments located in Charleston, SC.  She progressed through the company and later became the region trainer in the southeast for Merryland Investment Company.  In 1994, Lisa made the change to Darby Development Co., Inc. to become the Property Manager at Sawbranch Apartments as well as other properties for Darby Development Co., Inc.  Lisa became the Regional Property Manager for Churchill Forge Properties in 1997, managing 11 multifamily communities totaling 2152 units.  Currently Lisa is the President of Wilco Properties, LLC, formed in 2007.  Lisa’s designations include a PMIC license, CAM designation and in 2000 she received a South Carolina Real Estate sales license.  Lisa has served the Charleston Apartment Association in many capacities over her career, including holding seats on the Board of Directors, Education Committee, Newsletter Committee and as Co-chairperson for the Operation Home Committee.  In 1999, 2002 and 2013 Lisa received an award for the Direct Member of the Year for the Charleston Apartment Association.  Lisa feels strongly about the association and feels as if its affiliation allows her to stay current with the area’s market and its trends.  She currently holds a Board of Directors Position.  She also sits on the Independent Rental Owners committee for the National Apartment Association.  Lisa is married with three children and actively participates in her hometown community.

Christy Dukes
Furniture Services

Christy Dukes began her career in the apartment industry approximately 15 years ago in Charleston.  She started out on the property side and worked on-site for HV McCoy and Merryland.  She moved over to the vendor side just over 10 years ago, starting out as a relocation director for ACRS.  She quickly moved to a Regional Sales Director position for Furniture Services Inc. and ACRS – a position she held until she was promoted to the VP of Sales and Relocation which she still holds today.  Christy currently co-chairs the Programs committee.  She helps plan and execute the dinner meetings, family fun day, oyster roast and the Diamond Awards.  Christy is seeking another successful term within the Charleston Apartment Association. 


Shawn Livingston Ehret
Edgewater Plantation

Shawn Livingston Ehret is the Community Manager at Edgewater Plantation located in Mount Pleasant, SC.  Recently married and blessed with three beautiful daughters, she is a native of Savannah, GA where she began her career in the apartment industry in 2003.  After leaving the industry in 2005 she soon found an opening as an Assistant Manager in 2007 when Carter-Haston Real Estate Services moved into the Savannah market.  With her sights set high, she became a Community Manager in 2009 with Carter-Haston under amazing leaders to guide the way.  Leading an award winning community, she has received the Beautification Award, Occupancy Achievement, Budget Achievement, Best Team Performance and personally being awarded Manager of the Year.  Shawn has also received recognition and awards as she volunteered with the Savannah Apartment Association to serve on the Board of Directors for 2 years, Secretary for 1 year and served or chaired committees such as Charitable Services, Membership, Education and Programs.  She has also volunteered in her community as an assistant dance teacher, competitive cheerleading coach and an all-girls baseball team.  In 2012 she was offered and accepted the opportunity to transfer to Charleston, SC to manage a 360 unit asset for Carter-Haston in the Mount Pleasant area.  In June 2013, she joined the Charleston Apartment Association Board of Directors and served as Committee Chair of Charleston CARES.  Her mission is to continue offering her assistance to promote the apartment industry while giving back to those in need and furthering her career in the Charleston market.

Marysa Raymond
Riverstone Residential Group
Immediate Past President

Marysa Raymond entered the property management field in 2002 with Greystar and later joined Riverstone Residential Group in 2003, where she currently works as a Regional Manager over the Carolinas.  In her tenure, Marysa has overseen conventional, garden style & mid-rise communities in Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Atlanta, Raleigh and Charlotte. Marysa has served as a Board of Director, Secretary & President for the Charleston Apartment Association and has served as the Immediate Past President for the CAA since 2012 to present.  Marysa has also contributed to the CAA through chairing the Education Committee, Charleston CARES Committee, and has co-chaired the Legislative Committee since 2010 to present.  In addition to her local efforts, Marysa has served and currently serves the South Carolina Apartment Association as a delegate in addition to being a Lyceum Graduate of the National Apartment Association with past posts as a Membership Committee member & PAC Ambassador to NAA.
