Maintenance Tech - The Jasper

The Beach Company is seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance and upkeep of our properties, both multi-family and commercial office space. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings and grounds. Duties will include routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work; regular inspections of properties to identify and address maintenance issues; responding to tenant requests for repairs and maintenance in a timely and professional manner; and maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance or related field is required, CPO certification is preferred.
