This nominee started as a Leasing Professional in 2005. In a short period they became passionate for the people, residents and business as a whole. Over the years they were promoted, moved to different states within the company and grew their career and skills. The main focuses of this individual are team building, growth and profitability. Through the years this person has been a part of the different states associations, ranging from Orlando, FL, Raleigh, NC, Savannah, GA and now the CAA in SC. Her goal is to utilize the CAA to grow and pass along knowledge, invigorate the next generation to grow and to lead. Additionally, this unique opportunity will continue to allows for this persons personal goals of networking and personal knowledge. This person feels strongly that training is key to thriving in this industry. As well, leaving a positive impact on our teams, industry and our residents starts with our leadership as board members and directly relates to this persons leadership style.
