Crystal Capone

Meet the former German teacher turned fitness equipment and design guru. How does that transition take place you may ask? After traveling Germany and Austria teaching English as a 2nd and 3rd language to Turkish refugees, she headed back to the US and pursued a master’s degree in Health and Physical Education and subsequently landed a job with the YMCA developing evidence-based fitness curriculum for children. In 2014, almost 13 years into her teaching career, Crystal was tapped on the shoulder by a friend and mentor who believed that if you can connect with people from around the world, then you’d be great at engaging with people looking to design new and refreshing fitness centers. It turns out that person was correct, and she’s been growing with the industry since then. Crystal currently leads her Carolinas team in designing, procuring, and installing some of the world’s most recognized fitness equipment and fitness flooring brand lines. She also heads the responsibility of ensuring our Carolinas-based service department is providing quick and efficient maintenance as needs arise for our customer base. Crystal is most dedicated to providing the best experience possible for everyone she works with. She does everything with the utmost honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm for making you a success and your residents wowed with new offerings. On her off days, you may find her waving to you on a bike ride, paddle boarding the Charleston waterways, or learning any new water sports possible before the summer ends. On weekends she also fills her time volunteering for the Charleston Animal Society and fosters kittens in need of a temporary home.
