Daniel Bretzke

Daniel began his career in the Multi-family housing industry three and a half years ago in Summerville, South Carolina. After working as a Leasing Professional for one year, he was promoted to the Assistant Community Manager and then to a Community Manager a year later. As an Assistant manager, he was able to reduce delinquency while increasing the property’s occupancy, all while dealing with the spike of Covid and clubhouse renovation. He enjoys training team members and graduated from the Charleston Apartment Association LEADs Committee; he finds much joy in helping his peers.

Daniel joined Greystar in 2022, working at properties in West Ashley and 1000 West. Daniel exceeded his NOI by 15.2% during his short time there while increasing his occupancy to 98%. Daniel increased his Reputation score by 70 points in one quarter. Daniel then joined Drucker and Falk at the Merchant downtown in 2023, where he was able to sustain 96% occupancy while increasing the reputation score by 65 points. Daniel is currently working with Stolz at the Avalon on James Island.

Daniel received the annual Hero Award for outstanding service and community outreach in 2021 and the Rising Star in 2022 for always going above and beyond what is asked of him. He also obtained his Property Management license in 2020. Daniel is always willing to go out of his way to help and is striving to grow in his career and in the Apartment Association.
Daniel Was born in Colorado and grew up between Colorado and California. He moved to South Carolina in 2019. In his spare time, you can find him on the softball field, at the gym, or outdoors.
