Joey Ingham

Joey Ingham graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in marketing. Since moving back to Charleston, he has been working in the Apartment industry for 7.5 years as a marketing/advertising representative for Apartments.com. Throughout these years he has worked with his customers in the Charleston market to develop and optimize their marketing strategies to ensure they remain competitive in the ever-changing industry environment. He is passionate about utilizing technology, data, and trends to help his customers market their properties in the most effective and efficient ways possible. Joey has also served as a Board Member on the CAA Board of Directors for the past 6 years, the past 2 on the Executive Committee as Secretary. He has served as Chair of the Supplier’s Council and has focused on creating a committee that not only keeps its supplier members updated on how they can become more involved with the CAA, but also how they can utilize the CAA to help grow their business as well as their industry knowledge. Outside of his day job and volunteering with the CAA, Joey spends his time enjoying all that Charleston has to offer with his wife Julianne, daughter Blakely, and son Paxton.
