Professional Bio
Kathryn joined the BG Multifamily team in March of 2021 as Director of Sales for Charleston, SC and is currently the Regional Sales Manager for the North Central region supporting the Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Memphis. St. Louis & Kansas City markets. She began her career in Boston in a variety of sales and recruiting positions before escaping the snow to the Carolinas. She began her multifamily career in 2009 in Charlotte as a leasing professional with GCI Residential before moving to the third-party management side with First Communities, advancing to a Regional Director role. Kathryn obtained her CAM designation, was the founding co-chair of the Young Apartment Professionals Committee of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and engaged in industry involvement and community service initiatives with the GCAA when in Charlotte. In 2017, Kathryn moved to Charleston as a Regional Property Manager with Greystar and actively participated in Charleston Apartment Association committees as well as participating as a sub-committee chair for the National Apartment Association’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee in 2020. She also heavily focused on Greystar’s charitable giving programs including Camp Hope, St. Jude and Toys for Tots. Kathryn has enjoyed advocating for the multifamily industry in Charleston, recruiting and engaging new talent in our field, and supporting on-site teams in a different way than before. Kathryn is also actively involved with a local non-profit pup rescue.
