Kristoffer Saunders

Kristoffer started his multifamily journey in Minnesota in 2017. He started as a Leasing Professional and was quickly promoted to Property Manager in three months overseeing a 2,500-unit portfolio. His experience has included a mix of government-assisted housing, student housing, luxury townhomes, single-family homes, and class A conventional apartments. Since moving to South Carolina in 2019, Kristoffer has worked at two successful lease-ups, was nominated for the Charleston Apartment Association’s Assistant Community Manager of The Year, and is currently participating in the L.E.A.D. committee. He enjoys spending time with his dog, home improvement projects, and playing guitar.
