Leasing Manager

Michelle Gordon is a licensed Property Manager and Notary Public for South Carolina, in Charleston County. Michelle holds the Community Manager position for Dwell at Greenridge Apartment Homes and is the current Next Gen Committee Chair for the Charleston Apartment Association. Her past association involvement includes the Communications Committee in 2019, a 2020 L.E.A.D. graduate, as well as the CAA recipient of the 2020 NAA Advocate conference award. Michelle was a runner up for the Twenty in their Twenty’s NAA Scholarship in 2020 and a 2 time nominee for the CAA Leasing Professional of the Year. She was also nominated in 2021 for Property Manager of the Year and Property of the Year, for her current asset. She is a seasoned and passionate multi-family professional with a familial background in commercial, single-family, and multi-family property management in the Lowcountry. Her community involvement ranges outside of the multi-family industry, as the co-founder of the St. Thomas Isle Business Group in Charleston. Michelle is a lifelong resident of Charleston and in her spare time enjoys traveling, exercise, and all things outdoors.
