Professional Bio
Michelle Lorick has been in the property management industry for over 25 years. Michelle has served on the Charleston Apartment Association board as well as the South Carolina Association board numerous times as well as served on many committees. She currently serves on the Executive Boards for the Charleston Apartment Association and the South Carolina Apartment Association as the Vice President. Michelle received the 2005 Direct Member of the Year, 2007 Board Member of the Year, 2017 Board Member of the Year , and 2022 Board Member of the Year awards from the Charleston Apartment Association.
On a national level, she graduated from the National Apartment Association’s Leadership Lyceum program in 2018. She currently serves as the Chair of the NAAPAC Ambassadors and serves on the NAA Legislative committee. She is very passionate about property management legislative issues and always advocates for our industry.
