Sarah Fitzgerald

As a Senior Marketing Manager for Greystar, Sarah Fitzgerald has spent the last seven years overseeing marketing strategy, brand development, and resident experience for apartment communities in Charleston, Savannah, Columbia, and Greenville/Spartanburg markets. Sarah started with Greystar in 2014 in Washington, DC, overseeing a portfolio of communities throughout the Northeast markets before fulfilling her dreams and relocating down to Charleston in 2017 to lead marketing efforts for Greystar’s South Carolina portfolio. In addition to serving as an Innovation Ambassador for Greystar’s Innovation Team (2019-present) and on the CAA LEAD Committee (2020-present), she has was also named one of NAA’s 20 in Their Twenties in 2020 and CAA’s Corporate Marketing Professional of the Year for 2019. Serving in a leadership role for the CAA has been a longtime dream of hers and she would be honored to have the opportunity to help facilitate a continued enriching experience for all CAA members for 2022-2023.
