Ronda L. Puryear, President, with Management Services Corporation, oversees residential property management operations for all Management Services Corporation Properties, spanning 60 properties in Virginia and North Carolina. Ms. Puryear is responsible for attaining the company’s operational and financial goals while reinforcing the company’s customer service culture.  She has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years. Prior to joining Management Services Corporation, she worked in the real estate market in sales and development.  

Ms. Puryear holds a Virginia real estate Broker’s License and a Bachelor of Science degree in business management from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Tech.  Mrs. Puryear serves on the National Apartment Association Board of Directors and the National Apartment Association Educational Institute.  She is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certified from the National Apartment Association and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
