One Class sponsorship is available each day for $200. It doesn't include admission to the class, but does allow 5 minutes at the start of one (1) class to speak.

This is a 30-hour state required course to obtain your South Carolina Property Manager License. The class is an instruction of property management, including licensing laws, South Carolina Landlord and Tenant Act, Fair Housing, economics, marketing and leasing, lease negotiating, reporting, maintenance, cooperatives, and subsidized property. This 30-hour course is a pre-requisite to obtaining a South Carolina Property Management License for those desiring to manage income producing properties for other property owners. CAA instructors are licensed through the South Carolina Real Estate Commission to teach this course.
