- No exhibitor is allowed to provide or distribute alcohol at their booth.
- Cancellations must be made by April 29 to be eligible for a refund.
- Distribution of bags or totes is prohibited. Official trade show bag sponsorships are available for $150.
- No shipments will be accepted earlier than 48 hours prior to the event and must be picked up within 48 hours after the event.
- Booth locations are assigned on a first come, first served basis. The CAA reserves the right to make adjustments as needed.
- Booth setup no later than 4:00 p.m. due to VIP reception.
- No breakdown prior to 8:15 p.m.
